Results
Results of the club members in Witney
Journeys published with the members’ consent. Each photo is taken at the club, board in hand, on the day of an assessment. The number of visits is written on it, showing how many mornings it took. Each journey is personal. Results vary from one person to another according to their own goals.
At each assessment, the board shows the measurements of the day. Weight, body measurements, body fat and visceral fat. These are the journeys that members chose to publish. They are not an average of all the club’s members.
